Action in front of the Hamburger Bahnhof at the opening of the "Preis der Nationalgalerie für junge Kunst" . The firewagen of the independent scene coalition will drive up with material. We have banners, posters and Info-material. Join in and be there at 7:30 ! The share of the state institutions at the cultural budgets of Berlin is now 95%. In the new government budget it will rise to 98%. All the others - the free scene of berlin - is supposed to work and live with the remaining means. For the visual arts this means: nowhere near sufficient funds for the realisation of art projects and artist support and still "zero" exhibition-honorar for the artists.
